Service Description

This class includes: • 10 minute warm up. • 1-3 tricks with regressions & progressions for different levels. • 1 small choreography with included tricks. • 5 minute cool down. This is NOT a series, therefore each class will be unique. Though tricks may be revisited in different classes, with new transitions and combos. Leg grip required Knee pads optional Heels optional
