A pop up drop in series focused on Martini and its many variations!
Service Description
This class series is broken down into 5 weeks, and will run from March 2nd - 30th. Week 1 - March 2nd • 10 minute warm up • Conditioning techniques for elbow grip • Martini prep & standard Martini sit • 1 small choreography with Martini sit • 5 minute cool down Week 2 - March 9th • 10 minute warm up • Martini variation (open leg) • Transitions into Martini sit • 1 small choreography with Martini variation • 5 minute cool down Week 3 - March 16th • 10 minute warm up • Side climbs (training & conditioning) • Side climb transition to Martini sit • (Optional: with Martini variations) • 1 small choreography with Martini sit • 5 minute cool down Week 4 - March 23rd • 10 minute warm up • Conditioning techniques for Martini drop • Martini drop prep • 1 small choreography with Martini sit • 5 minute cool down Week 5 - March 30th • 10 minute warm up • Martini drop (training & conditioning) • 1 small choreography with Martini drop • 5 minute cool down This is a drop in series, therefore each class will be build off the previous class. Though each class will have stand alone variations, and it is not required to attend all classes within the series. Leg grip required Heels optional
